*Shew* I don't even know where to begin!! I am so upset right now...Today was the first and last day of band camp for me and let's just say that it didn't go well *AT ALL*! I went into this whole situation with an open mind ready for anything new and it was just awful...Many *BAD* things happened today at Band Camp and I don't want to get into

Hey Whit,

I really wish that things had been different today. I wish that Ms. Hallington (or whatever her name is!) wasn't so hateful and I wish that Mr. Peters didn't act so childish about things! Yelling at somebody simply because they didn't jazz run to their spot the first time we ran it and laughing and making fun of the band/guard members because of the way we talk is just rude and immature...because if he has forgotten, he grew up in Wise and was just like us stupid hillbillies that he seems to think we are before he went to Morehead and got all high and mighty and superior! Ugh I am just fed up with it. Looks like Mr. Peters will end up without a guard this year, which will make him happy I'm guessing!! GRRRR. I am so upset right now!

Hey Whitley,

Amen to all you said. I feel the same way. I am not going to give up on winter guard though. =) I cherish all that we have went through in the past 3 1/2 years. Weather it be good or bad it has taught me alot about myself and others. I am so thankful to have met everyone I have. I know that sometimes you can put forth everything you have and work as hard as you can for something, and have it all takin away from you and there be nothing you can do about it.

This is all Derek the Jerk's loss. He didn't want a guard...so he doesn't have one. It's not my fault he makes me ashamed to wear red and white!!

Message me sometime...we can get the guard together and go do somethin! =)

*Hey guys...I am glad to know I am not the only one feeling sad about this whole thing!* We *HAVE* to have a winterguard and I will do anything I have to do to have one and I know that everyone else feels the same!* I think it's just a shame that they had to act the way they did and make us quit something that we absolutley love!!
