that's harsh alex! if you were in line for 20 minutes that probably means they were really really busy helping all the people ahead of you who were probably also unhappy about the machines being down, eh? well maybe there's more to the story and you are right, but as a former cashier i can't help but want to stick up for my brothers in trade, haha.

Trust me deary, I worked at a gas station. I know the in's and the out's. These people were morons. I was also really grumpy so it may have come off mean, but trust me, they failed in the area of common sense... :)
