eating fewer than 1200 calories in a day will lead to a change in your BMR (basal metabolic rate) which is the rate at which you burn calories while "resting". You body starts to slow caloric metabolism, and increased its ability to store calories for later (fat). In essence, your body will get used to running on so few calories, you will stop loosing wieght and when you do eat more than your 600, you will store it all. Not good. You should eat 1200 calories, and then burn off 600 of them with running or something.
Sprinkles you need to eat more than that! Remember in 9th grade when I pretty much stopped eating...I lost a ton of weight, but then when I started eating again I gained it back and then some. It isn't healthy love
i need to make this journal friends only......anywho...this post was at 3pm...i woke up at 1. as megy knows, i ate alot more than that at her house today. And i just had 12 chicken wings..happy....what i was trying to say is that, with the absence of colorguard, i need to find another way to lose the weight i had just gained.....i need to eat less, and do my situps more regularly...
