My plan at the start was simple: fly from Milwaukee to Cartagena, meet Jose Mario there, spend four days with him and the others in sunny Columbia, and head out on Sunday night for three red-eye flights home. Yeah, he is quite the travel-worn penguin! His first trip was the worst though - two years with me in the African desert left its mark.

Can you get puppets dry-cleaned?

Don't know if you even have to dry-clean. Considering the number of stuffed animals I've put through the washing machine and dryer, a gentle bath in a sink with dish soap and then some quality time with a hair dryer would probably work. If you do decide to try the washing machine route, put some masking tape over his eyes so they don't get scratched up.
