Too late, Dimitri. Too late.

Rose frowned a little as she saw Dimitri doing his pull ups, but the frowning and the watching what really was a nice sight - and one she hadn't seen for a long time - gave her a chance to try to catch her breath without him seeing her wince at just how much getting down to the gym hurt. She wasn't used to this "walking causing pain" thing.

It was impossible not to notice her arrival, but he gave himself a moment to think before he jumped down and crossed to where she sat, mopping his face with the towel slung over his shoulders.

Even if she was hurting, it really was good to see her up and trying to get back to her old self. Still. "How are the stitches?" he asked, furrowed brow the picture of concern.

"Stop worrying, old man," Rose retorted, making a face at him as she pushed herself up again. "You started without me."

Not that 'sweaty from working out' wasn't a good look on him.

"I am not that old and I doubt you're up to the level of working out you were used to a week ago," Dimitri reminded her, frowning at the idea she would want to start with him still. "Did your doctor give any orders?"
