Going Green/Raw Health

So about a week ago or so, Obie and I started the Raw thing again. Things have been going very well! I posted previously about my neti pot. I also picked up a skin brush (horse hair and a wooden handle). It's nice to brush all over with right before a shower

Are you still using hte crystal light individual packets? Or have you stopped that w/the Raw or anther reason? (can't remember seeing anything but remember you two always had them on hand)

I noticed that when I finally found some w/splenda in it my water intake went thru the roof.
