From what I hear, geographical changes tend to be permanent. The City also has just about everything except a mountain range, so I suppose the deities thought it best to add one.

It depends; some curses also involve changes to the landscape. And some changes to the City started as part of a curse, and stayed on afterwards.

Yes. He said he can communicate with the dead in other worlds as well as the ones here. I would assume he can speak to those who have died and haven't been revived yet, too.

I can't say. He's certainly helped insofar, I can't say what lies behind his persistence.

...Interesting. Although that's...more of a challenge in a world where the dead don't revive.

I'm not used to as much technology as the average person here, it would seem, but we do have electronics and such.
