I don't know much-- but what I do know is that you've all already been vaccinated. None of you should die from this.

But that man, the other people out there, the people he's holding captive. It shouldn't just be about us, they're important too.

...He's beyond our help.

That's... that's too defeatist. What about the other people? I think I saw somewhere he said there were those waiting....

... Disgusting. To think it has all come to this... how human of them.

It is sad... but don't blame them. The strive to survive can be ugly, but it can also be beautiful. Everything has good and bad, you should not disrespect all for the failings of a few.

We're all just pawns in their game, Lute. Forgive me for not being so optimistic.

I know we are, I know that. But... being human isn't a bad thing.

[This little girl was about to do the same thing as you, Lute... but now she's following the conversation threads above.]

So they're not going to give him the vaccine?

[He couldn't just stand by while others, and those like him in this city were suffering.]

It seems like they won't.... It seems as if their war is preventing them from seeing.

Though that woman says they'll grow to become more of a threat if they help them, they don't know that for sure because they haven't tried! We should take the risk. I'm willing to.

I would think people assisted openly and willingly would have less reason to hate and want to do something bad in return. To offer aid could restore some sort of positive relations. It's something worth trying.

I want to help them, no group of people deserves to die out painfully because of something like this.

[Also following that conversation above, yo.]

Really now, do you honestly expect them to help?

guardianofman September 9 2010, 06:54:36 UTC
I don't know why they shouldn't.... Even if there is conflict, this could be a chance to repair relations.

They simply don't care. Actually, I'm rather astonished that you even received a response. For all the trouble they go through, reviving the dead, those scientists are a shockingly neglectful bunch.

I... honestly I was a little surprised as well.

...Do you suppose they will listen? It seems as if they have reason for avoiding this situation.

I... it seems like they may not.

They are, but I won't let it hinder me. These are the times when we must try our hardest.
