I really do love the summers here, it gets so pleasantly warm and everything is astir. It's much more blistering on Hocotate... our atmosphere is rather attenuated, you can see the stars out in daylight! I don't understand how I manage to survive on this planet. I used to get so nauseous from just the air!

Ah... I am quite interested to see the night skies in your home planet, although I am not quite so sure whether I will be able to survive the heat. The temperature rarely changes in the depths of sea; even when I have been living to close a century, I easily get exhausted every time the season changes on land.

The night skies in Hocotate would be beautiful IF ALL THE LIGHTS IN OUR LITTLE COMPACT CITIES WOULD SHUT OFF. ...It's always so busy and crowded that any good traits that our planet has are quickly sucked away for either convenience or money. Hrrgh...
I always loved to get a nice view of all the stars and planets around us when I would go out into space. We actually have two moons and I never realized how uncommon that was on civilized planets until I did more travel in the galaxies. I think... maybe that's why despite the meager salary, unappreciation and dead end why it took me almost fifteen years to finally quit.
