Not interested in the design itself (don't get me wrong, it's great, and I for one love threadless.com myself) but I am scrapping the code from you to use my own graphics. Will credit you for that, no worries.

EDIT:
Having trouble with it in Firefox, background not showing. Suggestions?

I couldn't get it to show up in Firefox. I tried using the !important hack and nothing was working for me.

Just play around with the coding. It's what I usually do. Take out something, put it back in. Take out something else.

well, i've fiddled with it enough to get the background fixed, can't seem to get the white stipe border to show though.

for the background fix just put #e2262f as the strong accent in look and feel.

when i get the border fixed i'll recomment with it.
