There's a stretch of Interstate 35 that passes over the Mississippi River, on the west side in Minneapolis. That particular section cracked across the middle in two places, and shotgunned upward on opposing ends. During rush hour. An island of road is in the river, with a few survivors on it. There's near fifty or so cars in the water, submerged (they've got divers in right now; only three people have died thusfar), and the road on either side of the river is twisted and derailed. A train beneath the highway was sliced in half, and I'm sure half the crowd is getting to the Twins game late tonight...
Does that mean you gave in July? ... At CONvergence??
Also, I second the dammit. I came down with some cold-like illness and wont be able to donate until (at the very soonest) next Friday, and that's if I make a really fast recovery.
