Paying It Forward.....

Sep 08, 2007 07:54

Pursuant to the post yesterday, about the Paying It Forward challenge, I ended up with SEVEN, instead of five giftees. Poor Fritzsmomma was so pathetic, I just had to include her. The poor woman was away at a football game when I posted my challenge, and her team lost. OOOHH! Boo hoo! How could I not compensate the poor dear for her ignominious ( Read more... )

LOL!! Kinda funny, that's similar to what my brother used to call me, though he included 'squirt' and some other choice words at times. :)

Okay, so now I have a little bit of a clue about you. Actually, I've an idea, I think! Thankfully I'll be visiting Fritzsmomma in November and she can help me with much patience to try and get it going. If I recall correctly, you have allergies, I need to know what they are, before I commit myself into doing what I'm thinking. :)

I love the color ORANGE! And things that remind me of comfortable home. Does that help?

Yes. It does. :)

My DIL, Bea, also loves orange. Guav and Bea got married here, upstate, on Oct. 9., 2 years ago. They had the Autumn foliage for their backdrop, as they got married in one of the gorgeous state parks in Ithaca, where Guav grew up. The wedding colors were celadon green and orange, and Bea carried a boquet of burnt orange roses.

Yup! ANd your gift/s are some of the very first I plan to make, seeing as how you will be getting your own apartment in Northport, now that you got that job! Hooray for you!

I fell in love with the idea immediately and I'll be posting a Pay It Forward on my journal. Besides, I love giving people things that I make (although my husband hates it sometimes lol). I might not be able to afford anything big, but in my opinion little things can make a person's day, and it's the thought that counts! =) Thanks for a beautiful idea!!

Ha! I'm like you...love to make things for people to "make their day", with a SON who can't accept me putting others before myself, and spending money on crafts. Realizing my creative dreams is so sustaining for me. Not having much money, nor transportation, at present, I don't get out much. Making things is entertainment for me.

The Pay It Forward wasn't originally my idea. I'm answering the challenge I read in someone else's LJ. I'll be on the lookout for yours!
