the new Mana game for DS has a mode for multiple players, not WiFi though D;

If you happen to have it, Osu!Tatakae!Ouendan is great fun to play with others :B
I'm not sure if Elite Beat Agents can be multiplayer but I'm assuming it is since it's pertty much the english verison of ouendan.
