In battle, a panicked person will most likely lose to a calm but focused person. Reasons:
a. his breathing is staggard. Oxygen has a hard time entering and circulationg in his body weakening it.
b. His muscles are too stiff weakening the foundations of his balance and actually making him more vulnerable.
c. His mind is frantic. His thoughts are not clear therefore, he will not be able to read his opponent's movements, making him vulnerable to attacks.
Think of that and apply it to study life. If you keep on getting frantic about something it will only add up to your burden. Let it pass and learn.
