West end, near Collingwood.

It's a 4-level split, built in '88. 4 bedrooms, 2 living rooms. One and a half baths. Kitchen is ceramic tile, there's also some hardwood. It's fantastically nice. It'll take me about 15 minutes to drive to work. Woo! We take possession on June 1.

My friend Ryan and I bought it. It's a 4-level split. Really nice. We moved in June 1. It's 4-bedrooms, so we each took one of the "master" bedrooms - there's two very large bedrooms - and we're renting out the other two to friends. It helps pay the mortgage, and they get cheap rent. It's good stuff.

Your illustration is awesome.

See, it just looks SO MUCH like me.

It is a lot of fun. We're getting a lot less sleep than I used to though. Too many late nights. I dunno about filming us. Three guys, only one of which has a girlfriend, sitting around, playing video games and watching TV, making fun of each other. I wouldn't watch :)
