Somebody must like me a little bit upstairs. I just got a job offer today. The position isn't fabulous and the pay isn't horrible (although not great), but it is still nice to have somebody want you. I also got an email from someone from a lab at UA. His lab is going thru a high turnover right now as his 2 grad students have just graduated and

i would take the one that's available now and if you have to quit oh well. no sense waiting on a maybe, and if other position opens you've got options. glad things are looking up :)
