I know I don't post here much, but well, this might be the last night I have free and clear to write in here before I go. Not for good, but for eight days. Those days are going to be spent in Disney World. Yes, it's the first time I've been there. My family never went, when we were kids. I think it was because my Dad doesn't like places like ( Read more... )

Luckily that one's already on the list of things to see. :) As well as the Phantasmic (I think that's the name of it) show there, and the light parade in Magic Kingdom, and the nightly fireworks in most of the parks. :) I say most because they don't do them in Animal Kingdom. Don't want to traumatize the poor critters! But hey, anything you want me to look for there on your behalf? Being a fellow fan of Disney things and all. :)

No specific requests, since I'll doing the same thing in another two months. But have fun! If you're looking for a cheapish but good place in Magic Kingdom, Cosmic Ray's in the future section is good and has entertainment!

Otherwise - make sure you see the evening shows! Fantasmic at Hollywood Studios is amazing, and its probably the one you need to line up earliest for. The nighttime parade in Magic Kingdom is probably my favorite thing in all of it, and the Epcot lights show is, imo, the most skipable but still amazing!

Hee hee, I've heard mention of Cosmic Ray's. :) And we're definitely not missing Fantasmic. Not any of the evening shows, in all honesty. But I shall think of you guys while I'm there! I'm really finding that booking on one of the Disney properties seems to be the way to go. It makes things easier, plus we got the meal plan for free as a special deal. :)

Late to the party, but I am so excited FOR you! Disney is a great time, just relax, forget the real world and have some fun! (That's what I love about it, there's so much land that Disney bought that you don't even SEE "real world" stuff while on property - you really are in a different world!)

Most people have already covered the big things, my only request from you I think I already gave you - I want a long account of your trip when you get back. What rides/shows/restaurants were your favorites? What really wowed you? What was a little thing that you might not have expected? Lay it on me! (Just in time for me to get hyped for my own trip - MWAH HA HA HAAAA)

Hey, better late than never! Hee hee, I can certainly tell you all about it whence I return. And take plenty of pictures, of course. ;)
