indie and emo are 2 different things. i mean indie is at least respectable. emo is just a bunch of whiney kids who cant deal with puberty. indie is just independent music generalized with a rock sound. while emo is generalized correctly as crap. and indie isnt a trend of people trying to be individuals who all wear the same clothes, the same glasses, and listen to the same 2 bands. emo is the epitome of trendy. its a place where kids go when they get fail being punk.

and judging by the amount of bands from the saddle creek label in this kids interests, hes probably an "emo" kid. a unique individual, just like the other 2 million kids whore "emo".

oh and by the way mr journal owner man. its rilo kiley not rilo kylie. for someone whos so emo youre very misinformed.
