Well, after the retards at work wanted to change our payday, they had to back down as they cant do it under employment law. You have to give at least the period of the normal pay cycle for it to be changed unless its of benefit to you, which it obviously wasnt. I did get paid today. Thankfully as I was skint. Fine, except we normally get paid on the last thursday of the month, and have given us precisely 8 days notice. well, after standing for a month I have taken my old skip in for its repairs. For some reason the starter didnt want to pull into the flywheel ring gear. Didnt sleep properly last night at all. I must have had about 3 hours if I am lucky. Didnt have that much to drink but feel sick this morning. I'm not hung over as I dont have a headache. One piece of information that I jave just found is that I can register a complaint with the police regarding the 3rd party as under section 154 of the road traffic act 1988 it is a criminal offence not to produce your insurance details within a reasonable period of time. Not much to report. The 3rd party is still not giving all the required information so it looks like this is going to bang on. If they have nothing by Friday then I am going to call them and see if they will get his details from the DVLA. They should be able to get the insurance details from plod.
