hey, Ani told me to tell u she sent me here....

i have to do a huge research project on males with eating disorders.

I was just wondering if there was anything you could tell me about urexperience with an eating disorder. What eating disorder u have. When it started, how it started, diagnosed or not. if u go back and forth between different eating disorders or eating healthy. What u want to accomplish, what ur ed means to u, if others in your family are effected by it, do you have siblings? parents? living alone? age? schooling, etcetc... anything a male with an eating disorder of any kind would like to tell me I would really really appreciate it.

thank you so much.

It's definitely s disease, of which I have suffered 14 years. Bulimia is not the prettiest sight. Eating is so personal to me and I cannot do it in public. I feel like everyone is looking and judging me saying "God, she's eating all that, no wonder is is so big." So I opt to eat in private, and that's where I lose control, and soon my meal ends up in the toilet. Prescribed drugs cannot control the urge, talking, maybe helps... I need to stop before it stops me, but just how.

Yeah bulimia is defenitely a disease (as are all EDs IMHO). I talked about drugs in respect of bipolar (where I think they can really help), I agree that in terms of bulimia or ana there aren't any drugs which would help, maybe some which can support the psychological treatment ( ... )
