Thanks. I couldn't deny Giles his smirk - he does it so well, and also so often when Wesley's around.

The Watcher/Slayer bond being the Slayer's choice is just one more indication that it's the Slayer in charge of all this, a point which is made in the fifth season. This is just a hint, but I'm glad you picked it up!
