OMG, the Dr. office just called. He needs to reschedule all his June 27th surgeries to July 11th! A "family emergency" . He told me it will take 6 wks to totally heal from this, if I do this it gives me exactly 3. I have to be able to walk unaided, carry trays, and be able to move up to 50 lbs! No way ( Read more... )

:( I would try another doctor, because waiting until the 11th won't do. Dang! Don't these doctors realize that people have JOBS and they're not high paying doctor jobs? They're jobs that are needed to pay the basic bills. It's like my dentist when he says things like "you really should get this taken care of". Um, yeah. I don't have a dentist salary. Are you going to do it for free?

Well they can get me in at yet another Hosp, on the 6th. Hubby thought I should give that a whirl, hopefully they're right about the recoup time and I'll be back to work on time, or at least for the first day of school.

I know I dread going to the Dentist, and they all think you've got money out the ass to just spend on something that frankly is painful and occasionally a bit scary!

:P on the whole medical profession. lol
