I voted this afternoon.  It was the first time in years I have been able to do so without bringing my children.  kind of nice, to be able to read word for word ammendments asn such, instead of skimming.  It was nice not to have to worry about my little one trying to feed everyone's ballot into the machine.  Or hording the I voted stickers......  A

Please explain this freebies for voting concept. We don't have it in Canada, and I've never heard of it before.
