So Justin and I decided to create a new holiday: Yeast Day. I know some of yeast's connotations are not the most appealing, but remember that yeast is responsible for some of the most delicious food items: beer, wine, cider, sake, cheese, bread... yeast is a wonderful and lovely thing. We haven't decided on which day our new holiday will be

It does sound pretty funny, and a bit gross.

That's cos I love food a bit too much probably... the worst is craving food from a restaurant that's in another country!

made pita bread yesterday. home made donairs for dinner last night. (donairs are a canadian thing... like a cross between a gyro and a fajita-pita from jack in the box-- was exposed on tour last year.)
