I had knishes on Sunday as well! The ones that we had were from this Jewish deli (not kosher though) and they were non-traditional. It was like they made one really large one and cut it into sections, and there was a smoked meat gravy on top. Yummmm.

Mmm, gravy and knishes... I usually eat mine with brown mustard, but that sounds like a great idea.
