I finished The Catcher in the Rye this afternoon. Holden pissed me off the first half of the book. The last half I realized everything he was trying to say. Still a little too extreme for my tastes, though. Lacey, I don't see why you would want to marry him :). All in all it is a good book. I liked the ending and the fourties. Nineteen Eighty-Four

1984 is freakin 'pwnage'.
it's funny to think that some (a very small bit) of it has sort of actually happened. yeah. i'll deffinitely shut up now.

oh, love. holden is just wonderful. i like how he thinks.

and 1984 is great. our world is headed in it's direction. and if we don't watch our step, i think we'll end up there sooner than we think. but it's really good, just the same.
