Yesterday we bailed on Faire in the Grove, we weren't expected, so no big deal. Just not up for playing in the rain. And storms, and lightning! i went with evlmnky and her boy to see wolverine last night. she and i were sporting quite elevated temperatures after watching mr. jackman flexing his physique. damn, he is fine to look at.

needing to sew up some garb to wear to the grand thing. almost finished with an apron dress which will coordinate with three different underdresses i already have. thing is, looking outside at the sunshine is causing me to consider procrastinating a bit longer.

Sounds like a nice relaxing weekend. Sewing man! You must get a bit done, even if it's just a bit! I only got some mending done today, none of the sewing I really need to get finished so I can have my new red dress wearable by June Faire. But the laundry is close to done, the budget is worked over, bills are paid and we have a birthday dinner to atend tonight.
I'm really hoping to get to spend time with you both Memorial weekend...insert evil grin here...and we'll be at Sophia/Rustam's May 16th. Next friday I get to take my older 2 grandkids to Suesical the Musical Yay! Even with scaling back SCA plans due to bills and injuries it's starting to be summer. I need a good lottery win so I can concentrate on the fun in my life.
