We talked about that at FP Monday. Tell him I checked the book I have on "How to Insult, Abuse & Insinuate in Classical Latin" but the term "Oh Hell NO" was not there; however, I will ask my friend, Drx, -- who is a latin professor -- for his help.

Just heard about a book called "Extreme Latin" which might be what you need... the sorts of stuff not in most dictionaries.

The closest I could come up with in Latin is "oh absit haud"
translating back to "Oh God Forbid No"

Dutch is och hel neen
Finnish oi! helvetti ei!
Welsh o uffern heb
