Mmm, scrumpy. One of the most unusual and tasty cheese I've ever had is scrumpy jack, a very soft sharp cheddar mixed with scrumpy and apple pieces. Deelicious, but unfortunately not available around here anymore.
On a COMPLETELY different note... a while back at a Midwinter's you helped me figure out how to fit the nomadic piecing method on myself. I always meant to fully write out my notes so I would remember what they meant. But, I didn't, and as I now refer to them, I find myself baffled on a few points. Is there any article online about the method? I couldn't find it on Laurellan's site. If not, maybe I'll email you and try to clear up my confusions.
