I got a call from my doctor this afternoon. He told me that I definitely have a brain in my skull, and it doesn't have any tumors in it. This is good news.

Whew! When I hear something about extra fluid in the brain, I think fluid filled cyst. My mom had brain surgery for one a few years ago so I was a little worried for you. I'm glad you gave us the full story!
