oh my god. this was short, simple yet so so good. i loved the way you brought closure for everyone, even for minki and kangjoo, whose characters we tend to overlook. everything feels so plausible - i can really imagine kang ssaem and jung ssaem drifting even though, well, they hinted at a loveline. and sweet, sweet baby minki gets to do what he wants and do a great job at it T____T i loved the little lovestory you try to sneak in about heungsoo and namsoon (who doesn't). had me squealing!! and you do a great job at portraying namsoon's character - someone soft, endearing (to heungsoo's noona) yet realises that he can't be blamed for everything that went wrong in heungsoo's life, hence the lack of "i'm sorrys". i think that was a greaaaaatttttttt way to show namsoon's closure and his growth. but my favourite little story has got to be oh jungho's, i am a sucker for the underdogs, and this line

but he holds himself up a bit more proudly when he starts making a living wage as a car mechanic and manages to take Yikyung and Jihoon out for ( ... )

CRYING THAT GIF IS AWFUL STOP

urg i have a lot of feelings about how namsoon would grow up tbh, and i think he might never let go of his anger and his hurt, but like sechan said, he learns to live with it. he learns not to be sorry. he learns to look forward. he learns to belong again.

the idea of the 3 stooges owning a restaurant is so cute but tbh i think it's many years before they get there, many years even before jongho feels confident that he can offer the other boys something, before he thinks he's not a charity case or a burden.

tyssssssssm for yr feels ;~~~;

Ahhh this fic was perfect in that despite wanting everyone to have perfect happy fairytale endings, they didn't.

It broke my heart a little that Se Chan and In Jae didn't get together but I guess that's fitting, so is In Jae never getting the amount of respect and recognition she really deserves.

Eventually Sechan lets go of both her and Seungri High School. And that is okay.
And that is okay.
AND THAT IS OKAY.

This didn't break my heart a little... It broke my heart into tiny little places that even the best superglue wouldn't be able to put together again.

Everything else was perfect of course, the little story for Jihoon and Yikyung was cute and sweet and great. Jungho giving HS and NS ramyun tickets was the cherry on top tbh.

Minki's brother coming out and saying "the roof was very cold." was perfect also. I think my heart constricted when I read that.. And then everything was okay again when Minki said "I know"The way Youngwoo talked vaguely about the past really hit home that the events of School 2013 would fade for the ( ... )

i like the idea that minki's brother only becomes a shut-in because he can't bring himself to kill himself, and there was no injae to give him something warm to drink after he came down

the events of School 2013 would fade for the characters after time, and even if they had a big impact, it would be held in their memories and they would never be the present again

thank you!! i also wanted to maybe make a point that even if these things are important, it's the smallest points--the chair, the poetry lesson, the apology--that stand out. not their teachers. maybe not even their friends.

thank you so much!!! i'm glad you liked & yr comment brought back all the pain ;~~~;

uhm, i have to admit that at first, when i read "Last Sechan hears, she gets married to a doctor who meets her when he's on call one night" i yelled: no this is not the reality that i want huhuhuhuhu i want InJae/SeChan so much huhuhu, i apologize for that.
when i read to the end of this fic i was like "ah...that's right because c'est la vie",
because so many possibilities can happen in life, some please peolpe and some don't.
it's kinda sad, it's bittersweet, and the "unacceptable feeling" (of mine for the i in the begining) is also a part of life, i guess ( ... )

sobs i'm js rly a sucker for the idea that injae leaves sechan like she leaves her students, and sechan learns to be ok without her. and he's not a great teacher--he never becomes her--but he's a better one for having met her. she leaves a thumbprint on his heart.

the KyungMin part is kind of haunted, but she should remember them, it prove that she know she was wrong when she was young i like to think that she dreams about ruining jongho's life and learns, many years later, that his father was abusing him and she realizes she never knew him--or any of the boys--at all.

thank you for yr feedback!!
