Yes, I'm posting...

Recently, baby girl has dropped her nursings to twice a day. I don't mind. It's way more convenient. However, I now have reached the stage that the amount of calories I'm consuming is exceeding the amount of calories I'm burning. JC gave up nursing all together about a month ago and I reached the same point. Good luck with the weight loss walking! Also, love the new icon.

Well, we were down to two/three night feedings, and he just got to the point where he preferred a small bottle. I think it was a teething issue, really. Hard physically? We gradually weaned, so no. Hard mentally? Yes. It was hard to give up that last bit of 'only mom time'.

I hear walking is one of the best things to do. Plus, you'll be outside. Fresh air = good! And you'll be with your babe. Time with babe = great! :)

I can't stand equipment either - i'm trying to make myself get out walking too . . . . no baby here, but all these projects are making me not exercise most of the time - well, I got out this morning to walk . . . see if i can do it again tomorrow . . .
