Here's what I don't get: Why are the Hufflepuffs always looked down upon?

True to their friends, loyal, and hardworking... sounds like something we all want to be?

Just a thought to ponder.

what does a hufflepuff look like? Really...I just picture a pink fluff ball.
I think that's why most people look down on them, because pink fluff balls aren't very awesome.

It seems to be the catch-all house. It seems to be for those who aren't smart enough for Ravenclaw, cunning enough for Slytherin, or brave enough for Gryffindor?
