I just thought up the most amazingly wonderful idea, and despite what anyone may say, it is completely and purely for non-selfish reasons (even if I benefit as well). I shall inform my father of this idea tomorrow morning sometime.

I just want to be good. I'm tired of practicing. I'm feeling drained. My fingers suck. I'm productive, but I want to be more productive. I want all this effort to pay off.

I can't wait for symphonic season to start. I am REALLY looking forward to it, but then I will be in flute-land ALL the time.

Today has been a day of interesting ironic thoughts. There is much that I'm excited for in the near future, but there have also been thoughts of confusion as well as uneasiness. Fido passed away last night. Nikki and I are pretty devastated. I'm not going to lie, this is so abrupt and hard. I feel like just yesterday he was a kitten- that was four years ago. Not long at all. I got my smiles tonight from SAI serenades to Betsy and my sister. :) It was wayyyy cute.

I really wish someone would write me a story for moments like these. I need one.
