 Today we went to look at the Algood house.  I actually kinda liked it.  It felt better inside.  I don't know if it was just the not worrying about the current owners being in there and the current owner's stuff still there, if it's just because it was a bigger house, or a number of other things.  Edit:  I just checked the square footage of the

Ugh, house buying is such a pain. We're about to talk to a mortgage lady (a friend from the paranormal group) this Thursday to see what we may be eligible for, if anything. I'm prepared for them to tell his stupid we are to try with our debt and such lol.

That's what I was afraid of too. Rob was sure his credit wasn't so good. But turns out we both have decent/good credit.

Now, when we got the first numbers run I didn't think to include his student loans which we'll have to start paying back soon. So we'll see.
