Ryan and I are now offically home owners! We bought our first house today. We had the house insepction this morning and now this 4 level back split is all ours!! It has 3+1 bedrooms and 2 full baths and the cutest bar and a whole lot of character!!

Splits are AWESOME! We looked at so many houses. As soon as i stepped foot in this slpit i was sold. They are so cozy, it feels so homey, your right! I am excited because it was a great deal, seeing as splits are typically more money!! I am so excited i cant stand it!!

I think i am more excited about hanging up my prints i bought from you! I have been collecting cute prints for years now for when this very day would finally come! and i have been thinking about the perfect place for my King crab and Pirate prints! I am not just saying this, they are seriously my favorite !!!!!

I have NO idea what we are going to do about christmas. There is now way we will decorate, since we will still be unpacking. I might go home for christmas give my mom her one last christmas with us all together. Since this happened so fast she really hasn't had time to really comprehend what is going on! If not we might just sleep at our new house and then head to our houses early in the morning.
