I was able to write down most of that strange message the other night. I reconstructed as much as I could. Does anyone think they might know more?

NYC perhaps...? That is the abbreviation for New York City.

Maybe the # symbol signifies a number instead of a letter, which would be with * since there's, like, a mix of the two symbols?

Not sure theres anything else I can suggest, but I'll try and work on it.

I doubt it. I didn't get a screenshot of the original message, but I remember there were both symbols present in the words I've filled in.

Maybe the symbols correspond to certain letters, though...?

Stupid Shinra. They should've taught us more about how to hack and decode messages.

I think the word after threshold is tunnle.
