yeah..anime and gamer-y stuff is totally becoming more like..known. My friend is taking a *class* on japanese culture/fandoms. XD I dared her to write a paper on yaoi...the sad thing is ..she *might&* XD coz its totally valid for the course.

As for japanese I feel your pain. My sensei hates me i think ..>.> Aaghh~ T_T Well, hey, at leasst you managed to converse with her, right? ^^

that's not uncommon, there are lots of anime classes out there. well, it's valid to write about homosexuality as a theme, not of course gushing about your favorite yaoi couples or something- speaking of which, also in the magazine there's a brief bit about a shounen-ai anime called sukisho, short for sukina something or other, if you hadn't heard of it it's probably up your alley.
well, i don't think she did it because she hates me... (and i'm sure your japanese teacher doesn't hate you, you're just being paranoid). yeah, i managed, more or less. couple corrections here, but whatever. i just wish she wouldn't jump out at me unexpectedly like that, especially on the street where there are people around.

And I mind a lot less when its my friends speaking that way, since they aren't analyzing my grammar! yeah, i saw you were busy (as am i, which is why i didn't reply to that entry and am thus killing 2 birds (or as the japanese would say にわ) with 1 stone replying to both here). And may I say that your LJ icon, what's his name, Rei or something of the sort, wouldn't know, never read more than the back covers of that manga, reminds me somewhat of Tarzan, but not necessarily in a good way. Scary.
