Why would you ever want to be content? I think it's better to always want something more because then you always have something to strive for. I mean, as long as we're not talking about extreme materialism here. But whatever. The day I'm content with life is the day I stop trying, and that's when I'll start dying.

I'm so good at rhyming.

i disagree with liz. i mean its great to want more and to want to better yourself constantly but i think we all want to reach a point in our lives where we are just happy with the "now" and don't necessarily want to think about what the best next move is. even if that feeling only lasts 5 minutes.

True happiness isnt a set state of existance, its a progression of life. You cant be happy being the same, and you cant be happy doing everything just to try it. It really has nothing to do with that.
But i guess contentment and happiness are two different things.

Oh, and nothing is in vain.
