Ah, seriously! LJ has *not* been my friend. I have been trying to comment on this post for *weeks*! (I think I may have been partially stupid or something.)

*Anyhow.* I was trying to post to offer support to your idea. It sounds like there are people in your community who could use the support, although there might be plenty who would rather not think about the fact that not everyone is heterosexual and that not everyone performs gender in conventional terms.

I was also writing to thank you for enlightening me on the "A" as I only saw the A on the acronym the day I *first* read this post and I didn't know what it stood for. (What I saw was LGBTIA.)

I hope all is going really well for you there.

(Now that I've got this figured out, I'll comment more often when you post. I *do* still read when you post. LJ just cancelled my account last month or the month before because I didn't have enough activity.)
