Joining the masses

It seems that the majority of my friends have recently gone on health kicks, or to be more precise, have decided to become more healthy through small yet significant steps. I'm always doing short resolutions of sorts. Take last month, for example. I decided I'd go for walks nearly everyday and do 30 push-ups and 50-100 crunches everyday. (Well ( Read more... )

Gah, I'm no longer seeing your posts when you post them. This is a problem of having (long since, I know) moved away from blogger. I'm not tech savvy enough, I think.

Anyhow, I get this post. Cardo and I have been talking about similar topics (health, exercise) lately. I'm missing having the space inside our home for working out (I'm big on mat work kinds of exercise, aside from all the walking), but I've been using the park for Pilates.
