I have now maxed out my bowflex. I'm doing 75 reps of 200 lbs, the highest setting available (well, 100 rows and 100 pullups at 200 lbs as well). I know I can do more reps, but I'm wondering if I should get a new bowflex and increase the weight. Hmm ( Read more... )

Keep the current bowflex and be happy at the muscle built with the thing maxed doing 75+. Are you trying to stay in shape or be like Arnold?
