I find it within my rights to put my nose in your business where it concerns me, dear lady. I'd much prefer to sort out any issues openly.

And alas, the demand for...glowy things is not nearly as high as it used to be. I could, however, attempt to incorporate bioluminescence into my immediate project, it that would please you.

...My immediate project being Mr. Tuesti, of course.

..........why, Hojo, to think of the good commissioner being bioluminescent! It would just be... a travesty! Some sort of horrid side-effect of the treatments you had to give him to keep him alive? Unforeseeable and so very regrettable?
