I had heard something about that. I'm not really sure what to think about it. Alice in Chains without Layne Staley is blasphemy, yet I'm glad they haven't faded away entirely...I guess I'll have to hear what the new guy sounds like.

I'm thinking of seeing the concert with one of the guys from work. I'm just as curious to hear what they sound like, but Layne's voice was just so unique that I have to wonder. AC/DC managed to do it somehow, so we'll see what happens. But Layne Staley, man.... he's just irreplaceable.
