Nikolai hadn't really been planning on staying in Los Angeles when he'd left the island for Thanksgiving, but then he had. Which meant, inevitably, that a heaping crapload of his stuff had been left behind... not the least of which being his bike.Aaand all of his DVDs. And half of his heroing equipment. His spare helmet. A few books. His weights

Allie eyed the pile of DVDs as she considered her own tiny collection. "I might know someone who'd be willing to take them off your hands," she offered.

"Hopefully that someone likes Westerns," Nick laughed, shooting her an easy grin. "Same goes for music and whatever books I've got sitting around, for that matter. The less of this crap that I have to haul back across the country, the better."

"Oh come on, I thought that's why you wanted me here. To do all the heavy lifting," Allie teased.

"Either that, or so I can unload all of my fun junk on you," Nick chuckled. "Or maybe I just want somebody to ride with when I take my bike for a spin in L.A. for the first time. That said, I do have my weight set..."

They wouldn't be lacking in heavy things to haul, even without the books and movies and CDs!
