Clarification of call area.

I wrote in a previous entry that I can be anywhere in the home health territory of my current employer while I'm on call. I learned today that isn't true, they want me somewhere near the center, "within reasonable distance" of the rest of the territory, e.g. Bloomington or Peoria or maybe Champaign.
