Oh, goodness. I'm so flattered that you feel that way. I was so worried they wouldn't come across as realistic. At least not realistic enough. Thank you for reading - I'm glad you liked it!
oh God, this...you...just...UGHHHH! I don't even know how to describe what I'm feeling right now. Darling, this was just so achingly gorgeous in the most perfect way. you absolutely broke my heart with this, but I honestly could not have been happier about it. That really doesn't make any sense does it? but logic and sense mean nothing next to the perfection that is your writing. I'm still speechless...just LOVE.LOVE.LOVE! PLEASE DON'T EVER STOP WRITING!!!! <3 <3 <3
Damn, this makes me feel pretty awesome, haha. Thank you so, so much for taking the time to let me know you enjoyed this. It means a lot to me! Thank you for reading!
This story complements the video/art in such an unexpectedly heart-wrenching way. I was so enthralled by your take on Mal and the whole Greek tragedy way eveything unfolded. Gorgeous. ♥
Thank you so much! I'm so happy to hear it works with the video. I was so worried. I'm really glad you liked the Greek tragedy references, too! Thank you for reading and taking the time to comment! ♥
God, the entire while, it felt like you had all my innards in your hands and you were squeezing all the blood from them. There's such an amazing, terrifying way you form your sentences, the way it starts out like just a sentence and then halfway through, it turns into the twist of a knife, or like a car crash, something very very painful and inevitable. I'm caught between wanting to sob and just staring in bottomless wonder. And the concept, Jesus Christ, that Mal wanted this thing that happened to Arthur and Eames. It makes the phrase "two halves" so literal, and turns it into one of those haunting refrains that you find in the very best horror stories. And yet, this isn't horror, it's too complicated for that-- oh, wow, just. That was astounding. I think I've been turned inside out.
First of all, my apologies to your innards. Secondly, thank you. That's quite a blush-inducing comment there. I'm quite pleased you recognized the scary side of it. I really wanted to explore both sides of the tightrope they were all walking on.
Thank you for reading and I'm so happy you enjoyed it! ♥
