My black girl, Molly, so sweet and gentle, went outside over 2 weeks ago and she hasn't been seen since. I've looked around the neighborhood a bit for her, and talked to my neighbors, but she is a very timid soul and would not

I am so, so sorry about your cat. That really sucks.

And I just watched Virtuality! How did they not pick this up? I want to know what happens next! Also, Clea Duvall kicks even more ass than I thought possible. I love her.

Cooking sounds pretty irritating right now, but I do envy your CSA stuff. I wish I could stay in one place long enough to hit the seasons right and sign up for it. Someday. Someday.

Aw man. D: Hope things get better for you, and you find Molly safe and sound soon. Wish I could make it to the 'Fest this year and see y'all, but Portland is just too far (and I am just too poor) to even ATTEMPT it this time around. Pour out a 40 for me and my ice princesses while you're out there, though, and tell everyone I said hi.

I guess the benefit of cooking for just myself is that, when I'm feeling lazy (which, let's face it, is often), I can go ahead and be lazy and no one will care. I think I will just microwave a frozen quiche today. :D Possibly while watching Virtuality, that sounds interesting.

And get this; I had the boys cook (yes! "cook"!) dinner. I was totally amazed to find a nice homemade cheese pizza and brown sugar glazed Spam splices waiting for me. Well, I didn't eat the Spam but Mr. T. lurved it!
