Since I joined the gym in December, I've lost about 15 pounds. More important to me is that the routine of going to a gym 3x a week, and really paying close attention to what I eat feels like it is going to stick this time. It is a truly a lifestyle change.

Greek yogurts are great. I also like to stick some flax seed in there, and if I want additional sweet flavor with a kick (and not a huge sugar hit), I add some finely chopped crystallized ginger.
Seconding honey as a sweetener - and it helps to put it on the yogurt, or adding it after the frozen stuff is blended, otherwise it clumps into a frozen glob.
I have a whole bunch of bananas in the freezer that are actually delicious all on their own when blended. It tastes just like ice cream, and if I want something more than banana flavor, I just sprinkle over with cinnamon.
