Resolution

I've decided my nights aren't relaxing enough. So from now on, I am going to go to bed earlier, take a hot shower and have a mug of hot tea every night. I may change the tea to something else when it gets warmer again, but for the cooler part of the year, hot tea sounds nice.

The cynical part of me wants to tease you for turning into a little old lady, but then again...

I actually do believe that getting enough sleep is one of the best things you can do for your health. You will feel better, have a stronger immune system, better skin, a more efficient metabolism and lots of other benefits.

Just make sure the tea is decaf.

agreed with issy. while it ain't exciting, I've found that going to bed early and sleeping decently to be an amazing luxury. Depending on your taste, you may want to try some of the Yogi teas, which are really just infusions of spices. No caffeine at all.

Actually, I have three Yogi teas in my pantry right now and the one I drank last night was one of them (the African Redbush Peach; I'm also partial to the Vanilla Hazelnut and especially the Cocoa Spice). They're my favorite tea maker :) Thanks for the rec, though.
