I've decided my nights aren't relaxing enough. So from now on, I am going to go to bed earlier, take a hot shower and have a mug of hot tea every night. I may change the tea to something else when it gets warmer again, but for the cooler part of the year, hot tea sounds nice.

I actually do believe that getting enough sleep is one of the best things you can do for your health. You will feel better, have a stronger immune system, better skin, a more efficient metabolism and lots of other benefits.
Just make sure the tea is decaf.
